  • Don't always agree, but love The WP!

We lived close to the beltway for a while and I read The WP daily. Newspapers piled up around me. Now I'm back in the Midwest. I've enjoyed the online version and now love the convenience of the phone app. It's not like olden days with my coffee and paper copy, but I do enjoy the opportunity to read many of the stories. No piles. Please strive for accuracy in journalism and avoid the "warlock hunt" mentality that so many newspapers and other media forms have adopted! We hope people will get back to reading newspapers and good magazines rather than relying on a an immense amount of bogus information currently being proliferated.
  • Subscription scam

Troubling that the post charges for a subscription AND subjects her subscribers to pop up ads and ads before videos.
  • Minor complaint

I use the app and I receive The Post Most in my email. My complaint is that when I click on an article in The Post Most email, a pay wall pops up and asks me to sign in, so I leave the page and go to the app. Digihassle! Why doesn’t TPM know I have the app? Waaaaa.
  • Ok app, biased news

The app is ok but the news reporting is extremely biased. Very, very anti-Trump and anti-GOP. It's mostly one-sided news coverage that can come off as smug and sometimes even hateful towards Republicans.
  • Best News Agency!

The most data driven, main-stream news source in the US.

Thank you Washington Post for remaining a light, a beacon for all to follow through this incredibly dark period we are in. This too shall pass.
  • Problems using Wapo App

For some reason when we purchase a subscription through iTunes, the app keeps insisting that we enter our credentials - and then says they are wrong. We have cancelled our subscription 3-4 times in the last 3-4 years. After a lapse, we sign up again and, unfortunately find this problem has not been fixed. BTW - we have this problem ONLY with Wapo. Doesn’t happen with any of the other subscriptions.

It took a while but they took care of the annoying article saving problem.

The app fails to recognize my subscription every time I open it.

Content and quality of journalism is 5 starts. Great, trusted journalism well worth the subscription which applies to all devices unlike NYT where a separate subscription is required for the iPad. However UX is a poor 2. I do like the UX of NYT way more, which is why that’s the first news app I open to get the latest. PLEASE PLEASE enable Speak Screen functionality for your articles. When I’m on the go or multitasking the ability to listen to the articles read out loud is a MUST!
